Dual endothelin-angiotensin receptor antagonism achieves superior proteinuria reduction vs. irbesartan. FDA approved 2023. We incorporate sparsentan as first-line for proteinuric IgAN where indicated.

APPLAUSE-IgAN — Iptacopan (Factor B Inhibitor)
Complement alternative pathway blockade demonstrates 38% proteinuria reduction. FDA approval 2024. We are among the first centers providing access to this novel complement-targeted therapy.

Non-steroidal MRA reduces CKD progression and cardiovascular events in DKD. We apply finerenone protocols in conjunction with SGLT2i for maximum cardiorenal protection.
